When You Can Request a Return

Returns or exchanges may be requested if:

  • The item was received damaged
  • The item is defective or malfunctioning
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • Your order is incomplete

All return requests must be made within a reasonable time after receiving the order. You’ll need to provide your order details and a description of the issue.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

We may not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used or tampered with
  • The original packaging is missing
  • The item is not defective but was returned due to personal preference
  • The return request was submitted too late

Each request is carefully reviewed before approval.

Return Procedure

Include your order number, name, and a clear explanation or photo of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the return. You may be responsible for return shipping unless the issue was caused by us.

Cash Refunds Only

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, all approved refunds will be processed in cash. Once the returned item is received and approved, a cash refund will be arranged through the agreed method.

We do not process refunds through bank accounts or online platforms.

Exchanges

If the product is eligible for exchange, we will send a replacement after the returned item is received. If the requested item is not available, we may offer a refund or alternate product.
